- Project : G+2 Hotel Building

- Location : Chukha, Bhutan
Project Experience: The design has been done considering the steep slope of the land. There is minimum excavation required. Steel slope along with irregular shape of the land imposed some challenges during the design process. Luxury views of the site have been brought into the rooms and restaurant area. The site is located just adjacent to Thimphu-Phuentsholing national highway. Once the construction is completed it will be a great place for travelers to experience beautiful spaces.
- Project : Proposed Hostel Building for Faculty of Traditional Medicine (Competition project)

Project Experience: This design was prepared as a part of technical proposal for tender. Every floor has different programs. Ground and first floor consist of common areas and upper floors house residential rooms for students. Lot of interactive modern spaces have been proposed in the design. This was one of the competition projects our team really enjoyed working on though we couldn’t win the bid due to the high design fee quoted for the work.
